Our cycling tourism Complex is located at a junction of two cycling trails namely Palencia moving towards Burgos and Leon moving towards Burgos respectively in the town of Formista, Road P-980 Julio, Senedor, Spain. The site is located / selected so as to facilitate two trails at a time, thus increasing the probability of the successful operation/ profitability of the complex. The site is aligned North Upwards on the Julio Senedor Road.
The site is segregated into 3 zones. Public, Semi Public and the Private zones.
The Public zone comprises of the Parking areas, Bike Repair shop, Restaurant and an Administration Block.

The semi-public zone comprises of the Toilets which can be used by cyclists having just a pitstop or the one staying at the complex. Additionally, a recreational space has been created to promote socio-cultural interaction between people. The recreational spaces are spread in terms of an indoor play area which are split in two blocks a centrally located landscaped Amphitheatre and a walking trail spread across the site for a relaxed & peaceful walk adds to the experience in the complex.The Private zone comprises of a Dormitory cluster and a private room cluster which are isolated from the Public and semi-public zones however, the Units are designed to have their own interactive spaces in the foreground which also overlook the open recreational maintaining spaces around. visual Thus connectivity.
The Design for the Complex is Inspired from Cycling trails, where the DNA consist of straights, twists, turns, ups and Downs, thus making them organic in nature. The Gist of the layout design is based on the trails, however, the road signages which a Cyclist observes while cycling are the main derivatives in the Layout design. The signages have been the major inspiration with respect to the layout and Ideology in formulating the overall network within the complex.
